My name is Brittany and I am a wife and a stay-at-home mom to 3 kids ages 5, 3 and 1. 

Cooking has always been a big part of my life. My mom has always been an amazing cook and from the day I was born we ate home cooked family meals 5 nights a week.  I watched her cook a lot while I was growing up and I sometimes helped out when I was younger but I mostly observed and picked up a lot of tips.  The most important tip she ever gave me was that "You have to take risks with your cooking.  Not every dish is going to be amazing but you will never get better if you don't try new things".  She has always been the best at making dishes up completely or putting her own spin on recipes.  This is something I am trying to do a lot of right now.

I knew that family dinners were going to be a priority in our family once we had children, and while it's not always easy to cook when I have 3 kids that always need something, it's so worth it.  I love knowing that I work hard to cook foods that are not only healthy, but that they enjoy.
