Pepperoni Chips

One thing that I have found about being Keto is that it’s hard to find crunchy things, particularly crackers and chips, that fit into this way of eating. Behold the Pepperoni Chip! They are crispy and crunchy and the perfect pair for any cheese! Try these and serve them to your Keto and non-Keto friends and I guarantee that they will be a hit with everyone!

Ingredients

  • pepperoni or salami (you can use regular pepperoni, turkey, any kind of salami you would like…I bought them pre-sliced so they were all the same thickness)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, foil or a silicone baking mat.

Place pepperoni in a single layer on the prepared sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes. Baking time will depend on the thickness of the pepperoni and the fat content. You want to bake them until they look almost burnt to get the crunchiest texture. Once they are done, remove from the pan and let cool on a paper towel lined plate.

Once they are cooled all the way, place in a bowl and serve with your favorite cheeses!
