Trader Joe's Super Seed Oatmeal

This is one of my new favorite breakfasts.  There are endless combinations but I listed a few of my favorites below:

  • 2/3 cup milk (almond, coconut, whole milk or any combination of them...I do 1/3 cup whole milk and 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk)
  • 1/3 cup TJ's oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
  • drizzle of honey
  • 1/2 cut up banana
  • a few crumbled up walnuts

 

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • raisins
  • cranberries
  • walnuts
  • drizzle of maple syrup
  • dash of cinnamon

 

  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup TJ'soatmeal
  • drizzle of honey
  • handful of blueberries
