This was such a refreshing smoothie and a great change from my normal peanut butter and banana smoothies that I so often have.
Makes: 1 smoothie
1 cup yogurt (I used whole milk plain yogurt)
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest + more for topping
1/2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1/8 tsp ground turmeric
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1 cup ice
Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Top with additional lemon zest and enjoy!
