I love Fat Head pizza crust but I felt like I wanted to switch it up and finally gave chicken crust pizza a try and it was amazing! It’s super simple to make and held up well under all of my toppings!

1 pound ground chicken (you can use store bought ground chicken or you can throw 1 lb ground chicken breast into a food processor and pulse until it’s finely chopped. I had leftover chicken breast so that is what I did and it turned out great!)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
topping ideas: sauteed bell peppers/onions/broccoli/mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, cooked and crumbed bacon, buffalo sauce, fresh basil, pepperoni
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place ground chicken, shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning and salt in a large bowl and mix well with your hands until it’s completely incorporated.
Divide into three equal portions and spread each portion into a circle on your parchment lined baking sheet. It should be about 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove chicken crusts from the oven, add your toppings and place in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, slice and enjoy!
