Fathead Pizza Dough

This Keto Fathead Pizza Dough recipe is incredible and won’t have you missing regular pizza dough at all! These freeze really well so you can always have them on hand for pizza night!

Prep time: 25 minutes

Nutrition per crust only: 298 calories, 24g fat, 3g net carbs, 18g protein

  • 1 1/2 shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

  • 3/4 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, cubed

  • 1 egg, lightly whisked

  • you can keep it plain or add seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano

  • Olive oil spray

  • Suggested toppings: Rao’s Marinara Sauce, pesto, shredded chicken, cooked and crumbed bacon, sauteed onions and bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, sauteed broccoli, BBQ sauce, buffalo sauce


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Place mozzarella and cubed cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds.

Stir in egg and almond flour. You can use a wooden spoon or spatula but I like to just use my hands. Add seasonings at this time if you would like.

Divide dough into 4 equal parts or into one large crust and spread in a thin layer on a parchment lined pizza pan or baking sheet. Spray or brush lightly with olive oil.

Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.

Top with desired toppings and place back in the oven for an additional 14 minutes.

Remove from the oven and slice and serve!
