These Brussels sprouts are a quick and easy side that pair well with any meal!
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, ends removed and halved
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and butter.
Add Brussels sprout and toss with a spatula to evenly coat. Sprinkle with salt and saute until browned on both sides, about 8-10 minutes.
Near the end of the cook time, stir in Dijon and honey and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve!
