It’s no secret that I LOVE Brussels sprouts. They are the perfect side to almost every meal and are a great alternative to side salads in the winter.
Prep Time: 25 minutes
1 lb brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and cut into halves or quarters
1 tbsp butter/ghee
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter and oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add Brussels sprouts, add your salt and fresh ground pepper and toss well to combine. Stir periodically for 20 minute or until sprouts are crispy and cooked through.
Add your dijon and honey, toss to coat and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
