This is a super easy recipe that includes two of my favorite veggies! All you need is a large sheet pan and 30 minutes and you are good to go!

Prep time: 30-35 mins
1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
1 lb Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and cut in half
1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Borsari salt or Everything but the Bagel seasoning (if you don’t have either of those you can absolutely use a combination of salt and garlic powder and crack a little pepper on top)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place broccoli florets and halved Brussels sprouts on a large baking sheet. Add 1 tbsp of oil and toss to evenly coat. Spread out into one layer and sprinkle with seasoning.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring one halfway through.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
